In January of 2020, the COVID virus changed our lives in unimaginable ways. We learned to cope with so many changes and we adopted a "new normal" for our daily functioning. This included watching news reports with tragic numbers of the fallen. Through this devastating time, we also saw gratitude for our responders and inspiring persons who showed a strength and community in our times of distress. Even through the virus' heavy load of added stress, anxiety, and loneliness, are over and we got through it with hope, new ways of communicating, and more time with family and friends. We also found new ways of reaching out and getting help. We at HEAL continued to offer therapy with a new form of communication for us via tele-health. The major threat of a global virus is not e
eminent, and yet we face global, national, statal and local situations that bring on stress, anxiety and depression. These include our personal issues which are more present in our lives.
Please know that you can still receive therapy from the comfort of your home or in our office.
We want to shine a light on your journey of empowerment. Let us help you heal.
